Satelec Crown Extension Kit:
Description
Specially developed for this type of procedure, the BS6 tip and three diamond coated crown extension tips are designed for osteotomy (bone removal) and osteoplasty (bone reshaping)
The 5mm working part of the CE3 allows removal of the bone excess and the laser mark at 3mm permits the measurement during osteotomy, of a 3mm distance necessary to respect the biological width.
The few millimetres of the root will be exposed by removal of bone to lengthen the clinical crown.
Thanks to the cutting selectivity of ultrasonics in surgical mode (frequency modulation), the CE tips limit the risk of damaging soft tissues (gingiva, ligaments,periodontal fibres,nerves)
More over, the cavitation effect enables excellent visability of the operating field.
Kit contains: 4 tips (CE1 II, CE2 II, CE3 II, BS6 II) and a stainless steel box
